Claire Madden was on the panel for The Drum on the ABC, hosted by Julia Baird, in a thought provoking discussion on the changing needs, expectations, motivations and behaviours of Generation Z.

Joined on the panel by Osman Faruqi from Junkee Media, columnist at The Daily Telegraph Caleb Bond, and economics editor at The Age Peter Martin, Claire spoke about her research project in which she interviewed 100 Gen Zs, aged between eight and 22, to understand their aspirations, strengths and challenges as the first generation whose formative years have been entirely in the new digital age of social media and constant connectivity.
